Do you have a diagnosis of irritable bowel syndrome (IBS)? Do you experience uncomfortable digestive symptoms such as abdominal pain, bloating, excessive gas, diarrhea, or constipation? Are you afraid to leave your house or fly on a plane, for fear of being away from a toilet? Do you get distended and bloated as the day goes on?


Fortunately, there's an evidence-based diet approach that has been shown to be very effective in reducing and even eliminating the symptoms of IBS: the FODMAP Diet. FODMAPs are sugars and fibers that are not completely digested or absorbed in our intestine, leading to painful symptoms that negatively affect quality of life. By following the 3-Phase FODMAP diet to eliminate, reintroduce, and personalize one's intake of FODMAPs, people with IBS are often able to expand their diet to include more of their favorite foods, while reducing symptoms and improving quality of life.

Perhaps you've read about the FODMAP Diet on the internet. Maybe you've started it, only to get overwhelmed by the list of "off-limits" foods and the belief that you had to cook everything from scratch. Maybe you got frustrated when you kept finding conflicting lists of "good" and "bad" foods for IBS online. Perhaps you believed you must avoid high FODMAP foods forever (spoiler: you don't!)

I'm here to help! My unique 4-month online group program IBS Roadmap combines engaging and up-to-date education, motivational one-on-one coaching, resources to simplify the diet, and community support to help you find success on the 3-Phase FODMAP Diet. 

What is included in the program?

Comprehensive Online Program

Education, support, and guidance through all three phases of the FODMAP diet. Provided virtually via HIPAA-compliant Zoom and electronic medical record (EMR) Practice Better.


Weekly small group coaching sessions and monthly private 1:1 coaching calls with Monash University-trained FODMAP dietitian Laura Disharoon, MS, RD, CDCES.


Access to resources including food lists, low-FODMAP substitution guide, label reading guide, meal planning strategies, recipes, tips for relieving constipation, and more!


Pre-recorded video trainings on a variety of relevant topics: IBS, FODMAPs, fiber, probiotics, meal planning, cooking techniques, and more. 


You will be part of a small group cohort going through the elimination diet together. Group coaching and private group chat offers community, support, and sharing of tips/recipes.

Guest Experts

Guest lectures on a variety of topics including pelvic floor dysfunction, stress management, gentle exercise, mind-gut connection, etc.

Price of 4-month IBS Roadmap program: $825 USD

  • Monthly Payment Plan: $225 deposit + 3 monthly payments of $200

  • Pay in Full Discount: $50 off when paid in full = $775 total

(For comparison, I charge $150 USD to work with clients individually per client hour. Group program = more affordable, more support, more effective!)

Research has shown the FODMAP Diet to reduce or eliminate symptoms in 60-80% of people with IBS.
